Discord Ticket System
A Discord Ticket Bot for Organized Support
Turn support requests, applications, and reports into organized private channels with configurable forms, staff access, and clear ticket records.
Give every request a clear place to go
Public help channels make context easy to lose. Flade gives members a structured way to ask for support, submit an application, or report an issue. Each request opens a private ticket channel where the member and the roles assigned to that ticket category can work together.
Configurable intake forms collect the details your team needs before the conversation begins. Ticket categories then route each request to the right Discord category and staff roles, so different workflows can stay organized without forcing every member through the same form.
Key benefits
A clearer support path for members and staff
Start with useful context
Ask required or optional questions before a ticket opens, using fields that fit the request instead of repeating the same first-response checklist.
Route requests intentionally
Give each ticket category its own Discord destination, channel-name template, and moderator roles so the right team can see and manage it.
Keep closure under control
Choose whether closed channels are deleted or archived, then use configured transcripts for conversation history and audit events for ticket openings and closures.
Workflow
How the Flade ticket system works
Build the workflow in the Dashboard, publish a clear entry point, and give staff practical controls from opening through closure.
- 1
Define ticket categories
Organize request types into form blocks, choose the destination Discord category, set a channel-name template, and assign moderator roles for each category.
- 2
Build the intake form
Collect text, choice, user, channel, role, or mentionable selections. Questions can be required or optional and can include descriptions, placeholders, and selection controls.
- 3
Publish an embed entry point
Use Flade's Embed Builder to add either a customizable Create Ticket button or a Ticket select menu to an embed in the channel where members should begin.
- 4
Manage the private channel
The ticket command tools support closing, renaming, resetting the name, adding or removing members, and switching the ticket category.
- 5
Close and review
Delete the channel or move it to an archive category, then use configured transcripts for conversation history and audit events for ticket openings and closures.
Capabilities
Configure the workflow, not just the channel
Flexible intake and routing
Shape the opening experience around the type of request instead of one fixed support form.
- Create multiple form blocks with their own ticket categories.
- Route categories to Discord category destinations with category-specific moderator roles and channel-name templates.
- Use short or multi-line text, select menus, radio or checkbox choices, and user, channel, role, or mentionable selectors.
- Set questions as required or optional and add labels, descriptions, placeholders, options, and selection bounds.
A configurable member experience
Keep the ticket flow recognizable to your community while giving members clear prompts at each step.
- Customize the category-selection prompt and the welcome message shown inside a new ticket.
- Use member, server, and ticket variables in supported ticket messages and channel-name templates.
- Choose the ticket embed color and the label shown on the close button.
- Use either a customizable ticket button or a Ticket select menu as the opening control in an Embed Builder message.
Ticket management controls
Manage the ticket channel without turning routine changes into a manual workflow.
- Assign moderator roles separately for each ticket category.
- Close a ticket or send a close request with a reason.
- Rename tickets, reset the ticket name, add or remove members, and switch categories.
- Set a per-member active-ticket limit and configure reminders for inactive tickets.
Transcripts, archives, and logs
Choose what should remain after a conversation ends and where staff can review ticket activity.
- Delete closed ticket channels or move them to a selected archive category.
- Configure a transcript channel and review stored ticket transcripts from the Dashboard.
- Review ticket opened and closed events in Flade's audit logs.

One ticket system, several community workflows
Community support
Collect the affected area, account details, and a description before giving the member a private place to work with support staff.
Applications and onboarding
Ask role-specific questions, route submissions to the appropriate team, and keep each application in its own channel.
Private reports
Give members a discreet path for reporting an issue and route the private channel to the relevant moderator roles.
FAQs
Discord ticket system questions
- How do members open a ticket?
- Create an embed in Flade's Embed Builder and add either its ticket button or Ticket select menu. When a member uses that control, Flade uses the configured category and form flow to create the private ticket channel.
- Can different ticket types ask different questions?
- Yes. Form blocks can group their own fields with one or more ticket categories, so support, applications, and reports do not have to share the same intake questions.
- Which intake fields can I use?
- Flade supports short and multi-line text, select menus, radio choices, checkboxes, and user, channel, role, or mentionable selectors. Fields can be required or optional.
- What can the ticket command manage?
- The ticket command supports closing or requesting closure, renaming or resetting the channel name, adding or removing members, and switching the ticket category.
- What happens when a ticket closes?
- You can configure Flade to delete the channel or move it to an archive category. Configured transcripts can preserve the conversation, while opened and closed events appear in the audit logs.
- Can I limit open tickets or remind inactive conversations?
- Yes. Ticket settings include a per-member maximum for active tickets and an optional inactivity reminder.
