By inviting Flade to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Flade.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flade. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. User Obligations

By using Flade, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the bot only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bot features
• Not use the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the bot

4. Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using the bot for any illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bot systems or databases
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code through bot interactions
• Impersonating Flade staff or official representatives
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Selling, trading, or transferring bot-related virtual items for real money
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Using the bot in a way that disrupts service for other users

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of Flade, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time
• Update bot features, commands, or functionality
• Impose limits on certain features or services
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

6. Premium Features

Flade may offer premium features or subscriptions. If you purchase premium features:

• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors
• Premium subscriptions are non-transferable
• Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change premium feature offerings and pricing
• Premium features may be subject to additional terms and conditions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Flade, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Flade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without explicit written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

When you configure settings, create custom messages, or interact with Flade, you may create content. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for any content you create and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flade immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the bot will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Flade is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the bot will be corrected

In no event shall Flade, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bot.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flade and its developers from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Data and Privacy

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Flade shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
